L\u2019osservatorio intende leggere le grandi trasformazioni di Milano attraverso un\u2019analisi lenta e multidisciplinare di alcuni casi studio, come quelli emblematici dello Stadio San Siro e di Piazzale Loreto, per restituire una rappresentazione complessa delle dinamiche urbane. Per ogni caso studio vengono esplorate diverse dimensioni dei fenomeni urbani, attraverso letture critiche di esperti, riflessioni di attori locali, seminari, interviste, note di campo e incontri
